As a Server at Chili’s, your primary responsibility is to ensureGuests have an exceptional dining experience by providing personalized and hospitable service from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will be well-versed in the menu to confidently recommend and explain dishes and drinks to Guests, ensuring they enjoy every aspect of their visit. The role requires performing opening and closing duties, maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of your section, and collaborating seamlessly with other team members to meet and exceed Guest expectations. Availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays is necessary, reflecting the nature of the restaurant business.

This position pays competitively at $16.00 per hour plus tips, recognizing the valuable contribution of Servers to the overall success of the restaurant.
