As a Server at Five Iron Golf, you will play a pivotal role in elevating both the dining and gaming experience for guests. This role goes beyond simply taking orders; it involves guiding guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations, and contributing to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction and drives sales. The Server is expected to follow Five Iron Golfs standards for guest engagement, including prompt service and upselling techniques, while maintaining extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Additionally, this position requires monitoring guest experience, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring that the venue - including golf simulators and seating areas - is clean and presentable. This role provides an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, working nights and weekends as needed. The position is part-time, non-exempt with a pay rate of $11.35 per hour plus tips.
