As part of their family, team members contribute to the ongoing success of the restaurants, creating memorable dining experiences that encourage guest loyalty and satisfaction.
The Server role at The Pacific Catch offers a dynamic and rewarding position ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. This part-time, hourly position is non-exempt, with variable scheduling and a strong emphasis on weekend availability to meet the business needs. Servers report directly to the General Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of guest service that define the brand. The compensation for this position is competitive, with a starting pay of $19.50 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to attracting skilled and dedicated staff.
The Server duties go beyond simply taking and delivering food and drink orders; they involve actively engaging with guests to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities include presenting the drink menu with confidence, making informed recommendations, accurately recording orders using the POS system, and efficiently managing guest tables throughout the meal. Servers are instrumental in upselling menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to the restaurant’s success. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively are essential to excel in this role.
Hospitality is at the heart of the Server position, and The Pacific Catch team members embody this by adhering to the company’s hospitality and team member standards. This role is perfect for candidates with at least one year of experience in the restaurant or customer service industry, preferably with exposure to full bar operations. High school education is a minimum requirement, with additional qualifications or degrees in hospitality considered advantageous. Physical stamina is necessary as the job demands prolonged standing, mobility, and frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds.
Overall, this position offers an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking and people-centric restaurant group. The Pacific Catch invests in its employees by providing an encouraging environment for professional development and a culture that values respect and care. Potential team members can expect to grow within an organization that values high performance and the delivery of superior guest experiences.
