The current opportunity is for the position of Server 1 within the Friendship Village Tempe community. This role supports the dining operations specifically in two distinct venues: a rooftop brewery and a buffet setting. The allocation to either venue is determined during the initial phone screening and depends on the candidate's interests, relevant experience, and availability. Servers at Friendship Village Tempe play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for residents and guests by providing attentive, organized, and courteous service. This position operates within a unique no-tipping environment, offering consistent hourly compensation ranging from $16.40 to $18.04 depending on the employee’s experience.

The role demands versatility and teamwork, as Server 1 team members assist in bussing and resetting tables, supporting buffet service, and acting as Server Assistants in the brewery.
