We are currently looking for a competent Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team at Larkspur. The Restaurant Server will be an essential part of our service staff, serving as the face of the restaurant and directly influencing our guests' experiences from the moment they enter. This role requires a proactive, attentive, and courteous individual capable of handling the fast-paced nature of a busy restaurant environment. The successful candidate will ensure that tables are clean and orderly, menus are presented with enthusiasm, and that food and beverages are delivered promptly and courteously.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Job Duties
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Help customers select food and beverages, specifically new menu items and current wine and drink specials
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
