We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. This is an hourly position with pay plus tips, offering flexible scheduling to accommodate different lifestyles. Servers at The Old Spaghetti Factory play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, personalized service. The role involves interacting with guests to recommend menu items, take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently, and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout each shift. Successful candidates are team players with strong multitasking abilities who pay close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Server, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to guide them through the menu options, including ingredients, preparation methods, and accommodating dietary restrictions or allergies. Your ability to communicate effectively and anticipate guest needs will contribute significantly to guest satisfaction. Using the POS system, you will handle orders and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Providing excellent service involves checking in with guests during their meals to address any requests or concerns proactively, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
