Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work an average of 30 hours per week
- Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is an advantage
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
- Be knowledgeable about all menu items restaurant promotions and beverages served including their garnish contents and preparation methods
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Complete necessary side-work as per schedule including stocking and organizing supplies
- Take and know inventory at all times and requisition daily supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain regular attendance consistently on time and observe prescribed work break and meal periods in compliance with standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including compliance with the dress code
- Perform any other duties as requested by supervisor
