We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Servers. As a server at Pizza Inn, you will be the face of our restaurant, welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and ensuring that they have a memorable visit. You will present the menu, inform guests of specials, and assist them with any questions, providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

Your role involves taking accurate food and beverage orders and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct delivery. You will serve dishes promptly with proper presentation and assist in maintaining a neat dining area by stocking, resetting, and bussing tables. Collaborating closely with team members to guarantee guest satisfaction is a key part of the position. You will also be responsible for completing opening and closing checklists and performing other related duties assigned by management. Job Requirements

Must be organized, flexible and detail-oriented
strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
basic math skills and accuracy in handling money
pleasant, personable and friendly attitude
sense of urgency and ability to maintain a fast-paced environment
must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation
must be able to stand for periods of up to 4 hours
must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers, team members and management
must be able to bend, stoop and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
present the menu, inform guests of specials and answer any questions
take food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff with accuracy
prepare and deliver beverage orders
serve dishes promptly with proper presentation
assist in stocking and resetting tables as well as bussing tables
collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
