Job Duties
- ensure ted's standard of service is given to every guest every time
- anticipate guests needs
- have full knowledge of the menu and effectively answer guest questions
- have full knowledge of the Aloha system
- be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
- follow all guidelines policies and procedures
- follow the nine steps of service at every table
- ensure all health and sanitation guidelines are followed
- adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for your actions
- ensure hot food is a priority
- have a positive attitude at all times
- declare all tips
- perform all side work and setup breakdown duties as assigned
