- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
- ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- must have reliable transportation to and from work
- be willing to work nights and weekends
- passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred)

- Provide maniacal hospitality and the best experience for our guests
- maintain a positive attitude and be authentically you – have fun
- have genuine curiosity for why our guests are dining with us, if they have dined with us before and share who we are
- thank every guest and show appreciation for them dining with us
- know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
- work as a unit and be team oriented
- adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
