The Server position at Cooper's Hawk is far more than a traditional order-taking role. Successful candidates will display a genuine passion for hospitality, excel in multitasking in fast-paced environments, and possess an intimate knowledge of food, wine, and the Wine Club's unique benefits. The position requires a minimum of six months of server experience, preferably in full-service or upscale casual dining environments, with a commitment to flexible availability including weekends and some holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
