Job Duties
- Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent presentation and accuracy
- Check in with residents during meals and respond promptly to additional service needs
- Perform side work including table setup, restocking, and cleaning to maintain a polished dining room
- Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
- Respond to resident feedback and service needs with respect and a helpful attitude
