We are currently seeking talented and team-oriented Servers to join the Balfour Riverfront Park community. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $19.29 to $20 per hour with a flexible schedule that requires one weekend day and operates between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. As a Server at Balfour Riverfront Park, you will play a vital role in providing excellent dining experiences to our senior residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during meal services. Your responsibilities include performing all dining service steps professionally and warmly, assisting residents by greeting and escorting them in dining venues, and maintaining a clean, orderly dining environment with proper table settings. You will be expected to demonstrate thorough knowledge of the daily menu so you can assist residents with their specific food requests and preferences. Additionally, you might be required to perform other related duties to support smooth dining operations.
