The Server position at Magnolia Glen is a full-time role with a work schedule from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm for four days a week, along with an additional day from 6:00 am to 11:00 am. This role is essential in delivering exemplary customer service, ensuring that the residents and guests enjoy their meals in a friendly, accommodating, and professional manner. Servers at Magnolia Glen perform all dining steps of service, greet and escort residents in all dining venues, and provide assistance as needed. Knowledge of the daily menu and the ability to aid residents with their requests is also critical. Maintaining clean dining venues, proper table settings, and supporting the overall pleasant atmosphere of the dining area are key responsibilities.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $15.50, with no tips involved, along with a robust benefits package that includes paid vacation, sick time, and seven paid holidays. This position is ideal for individuals who bring a positive attitude, are great team players, and have previous serving experience, although some flexibility is allowed. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. While a Food Handler’s certification is encouraged, the company offers assistance in obtaining this certification to ensure all staff meet the health and safety standards required to maintain a safe and comfortable dining environment.
