Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience required
- ability to work full-time with open availability preferred
- must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- comply with company policies including use of safety equipment
- maintain drug-free workplace adherence
- excellent customer service skills
- capable of handling cash and POS systems
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a server in a fine dining or private club environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus including wine pairings
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- experience maintaining clean and organized work areas
- proficiency in cash handling and order processing
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Coordinate all floor service to deliver an excellent dining experience
- possess thorough knowledge of all menus, daily specials, and wine by the glass including pairing recommendations
- provide attentive, professional guest service by recognizing customers, anticipating needs, and resolving complaints
- maintain control of the assigned station ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and smooth communication with teammates
- upsell food and beverage offerings while supporting management in ensuring smooth service flow
- promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- follow established steps of service including safe food handling and sanitation standards
