As one of South Florida's premier waterfront resorts, this establishment has been a beacon of elegance and refined service for decades. The resort boasts an impressive 32-acre waterfront enclave, featuring 325 guest rooms, suites, and villas. It also offers an exclusive collection of 91 Private Resort Residences, a famed superyacht marina, 12 distinguished restaurants and lounges, a luxurious spa, curated pool options, and a scenic waterfront promenade with retail and dining outlets. Every corner of the resort is meticulously crafted with design and comfort in mind to create an inspiring yet relaxing atmosphere for guests and residents alike.

The resort prides itself on delivering exceptional service with refined touches, ensuring that every experience is memorable and extraordinary. To support this commitment, Pier Sixty-Six employs over 600 diverse and talented team members who contribute their unique skills to bring the resort's vision to life. The management places a strong emphasis on fostering a caring culture that prioritizes employee welfare, well-being, and professional growth. With state-of-the-art facilities and a first-class employee dining room, the resort offers an environment where team members can thrive and feel respected.

Currently, Pier Sixty-Six Resort is looking for a Fine Dining Server for their Orchid Room on a part-time basis. This role is integral to the Pier Sixty-Six Club team, where the server will provide high-end, personalized service that captures the essence of true hospitality. This role demands passion, dedication, and a polished demeanor to engage guests in a dynamic setting.

As a Fine Dining Server in the Orchid Room, you will greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages with efficiency and grace, and ensure member satisfaction at every interaction. You will have the autonomy to elevate the guest experience by offering personalized meal recommendations, wine pairings, and answering detailed menu inquiries, including preparation techniques and ingredient explanations. Your ability to handle special requests, dietary requirements, and communicate effectively with the kitchen team will be fundamental to your success.

The position requires familiarity with FORBES standards of service and a strong knowledge of various beverage brands, glassware, and garnishes. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of your work area throughout your shift, contribute to closing duties, and follow company policies regarding uniforms and appearance. Effective communication skills, attentiveness, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism are essential traits for this role.

Pier Sixty-Six Resort offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package to its valued team members, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, and complimentary meals and lodging opportunities.
