As part of its expanding operations, Think Hospitality is looking for a full-time, on-site Server to join one of its many fine dining venues in Miami Beach, FL. This role demands an individual passionate about delivering exceptional and attentive service to a diverse clientele. The Server position plays a vital role in ensuring the dining experience is memorable, from presenting menu offerings with refined knowledge to suggesting thoughtful food and beverage pairings that enhance the guests' enjoyment. The Server will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of etiquette and professionalism while fostering seamless communication between the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fine dining environment
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods
  • ability to work well in a team
  • knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
