Job Requirements

  • corrected vision
  • corrected hearing
  • sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
  • ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time
  • capability to lift and carry weights between 10 and 100 pounds with or without assistance
  • capability to push and pull weights between 10 and 150 pounds with or without assistance
  • mental alertness to remember names, faces, job tasks and verbal instructions
  • friendly and outgoing disposition
  • passion for food and service

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years experience in a full-service customer service environment
  • excellent guest service skills
  • thorough understanding of policies, procedures and operating standards
  • valid TABC certification
  • valid Nueces County Food Handlers Permit
  • excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced and highly stressed environments

Job Duties

  • Display core values and discipline
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness of all back and front of house areas
  • resolve guest complaints to ensure flawless recovery
  • deliver high level of customer service and maintain a safe environment
  • keep dining area clean, safe and organized
  • follow proper cash handling procedures
  • provide positive and friendly guest interaction
