This position is vital in ensuring that meals are served timely and professionally, contributing significantly to the overall quality of life of the residents. As a Dining Server, you will take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, assist residents with their menu selections, and provide helpful descriptions of meal options. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized dining room and bistro, bussing and resetting tables according to community standards, and completing assigned side work and opening or closing duties. Regular participation in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings and the use of Sunrise’s systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery are essential components of this role. Moreover, adherence to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards is strictly enforced to ensure the health and safety of residents and staff.
