The role of Dining Server at Sunrise Senior Living is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences that contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of the residents. Dining Servers play a critical role in assisting residents with their meal choices, ensuring dietary needs are met, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. The pay range for this role is competitive, ranging from $18.65 to $23.35 per hour, reflecting the value Sunrise places on quality service and employee dedication.

In this role, the Dining Server is expected to accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, support residents by offering menu information and recommendations, bus and reset tables according to community standards, and complete assigned side work and opening or closing duties. Attention to detail and adherence to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards are fundamental responsibilities. Additionally, servers are required to participate in pre-meal meetings to stay informed about menu offerings and use Sunrise’s ordering systems to ensure accuracy in service.
