We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our team, an individual deeply committed to upholding our club’s renowned level of service. This role is integral to creating a lasting impression on our members through attentive, personalized hospitality. The Server is responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience by anticipating and fulfilling member needs while demonstrating extensive knowledge of our menu offerings including dinner, lunch, cocktails, desserts, and wine. This position requires proficiency in beverage service, including a thorough understanding of liquor, wine, and beer selections, coupled with expertise in the use of our Jonas POS system to ensure accuracy in member billing. As a representative of our club, the Server will maintain impeccable standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness and contribute to the smooth operation of the bar, including side work responsibilities.
This role demands a high level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, all within an often busy and dynamic setting that can be hot, humid, and noisy. Successful candidates will display strong organizational skills, creativity in cocktail preparation tailored to member preferences, and the ability to engage members professionally and thoughtfully. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with beverage service and knowledge of drinks
- Familiarity with POS system usage

- Willingness to follow hygiene and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverage types and service
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Jonas POS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in busy environments
- Creativity in cocktail making and beverage recommendations
Job Duties
- Greet our members by their name if able
- Have knowledge of all menus including dinner, lunch, cocktail, dessert, wine
- Have extensive beverage knowledge of liquor, wine and beer
- Knowledge and correct use of Jonas POS system
- Accurately charge members for correct items
- Keep glassware polished at all times
- Complete all side work associated with the bar
- Maintain personal hygiene based on club standards
- Keep the bar clean and free from debris
- Ensure product freshness and currency including fruit garnishes and syrups
- Keep liquor bottles organized and clean
- Keep all areas stocked and prepared for easy access
- Keep bar stools organized
- Create cocktails tailored to member needs
- Recommend beverages based on food pairing
- Take initiative with bar setup and par systems
- Track spills on the spill sheet
- Accurately take inventory of bar products
- Maintain professional and appropriate conversations with members at the bar
