The Server role at Vitalia Senior Residences is a part-time position primarily focused on enhancing residents’ dining experiences. Starting wages range from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday between 12 pm and 7:30 pm. As a Server, you will play a critical role as the welcoming face for residents during meal times. Physical activity is a significant part of this job, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Candidates for this role must be at least 16 years old and possess a minimum of eighth-grade proficiency in English to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents.
