  • able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade level
  • possess a positive and energetic disposition
  • able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
  • capable of frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds
  • able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
  • must be criminally cleared
