The Server position at Ridgemere Senior Living, located in Conway, AR, represents an exciting full-time opportunity to join a dedicated team passionate about enhancing the dining experience for senior residents. Starting wages range from $13.00 to $19.00 per hour, reflecting the valued contribution of the server role. Job Requirements

  • You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our residents
  • You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will love our residents
  • You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
  • You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
  • You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
  • You must be criminally cleared

Job Qualifications

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to assist residents physically as needed
  • Criminal background clearance

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and make them feel welcome
  • Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents
  • Prepare tables, salads, and silverware for meal service
  • Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
  • Communicate with supervisors and Wellness team regarding residents’ dietary habits and meal attendance
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
  • Observe and report any unusual changes in residents’ appetite or behavior
