This job opportunity is for a Full-Time Seasonal Food and Beverage Server position based at Crow's Bench within Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Serving food and beverages in a fast-paced mountain lodge environment, the role calls for an individual who can provide outstanding guest service while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings. The position demands attentiveness to guest needs, excellent communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude. Candidates must be willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and evenings, as well as have reliable transportation to and from work. As a seasonal full-time role, the workweek is Sunday through Thursday, providing a structured schedule while offering competitive hourly wages starting at $12.00 per hour plus tips.

The Food and Beverage Server will play a vital role in delivering the renowned Schweitzer guest experience by serving exceptional food, beer, liquor, and wine with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Idaho State Liquor and identification laws, managing cash and payment transactions, and performing opening and closing duties to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. This role also involves providing tableside bottle service when guests purchase wine and assisting with hostess and busser duties as needed.
