The role of a Server at GCRG is vital to delivering the memorable experiences that their guests expect. Due to the active nature of the job, servers are frequently on their feet, moving about the restaurant, lifting items, and performing physical tasks such as clearing and resetting tables. Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol

  • Ability to pass all server tests
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to use POS systems and handle cash
  • Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work long hours, frequent weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner

  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed appearance
  • Perform opening and closing duties efficiently and timely
