Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service as servers deliver food to guests
- Handle food orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
- Promote membership and Fun Pass sales to customers
- Follow company safety and sanitation standards
- Manage physical demands of the job including lifting and standing for extended periods
