Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age

- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

Job Duties

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Promote membership and Fun Pass sales to guests
- Assist with setting up and breaking down game and party areas
- Follow health and safety standards during all operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
