Working as a Server at Chuck E. Cheese includes competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with additional commission potentials based on sales of memberships and Fun Passes, which are paid out bi-weekly. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
  • Willingness to participate in cross-training for various positions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service industries is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service by delivering food to guests
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • Assist with seating guests and taking orders when necessary
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to coordinate timely food delivery
  • Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes to guests
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
