Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to participate in cross-training for various positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service industries is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by delivering food to guests
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist with seating guests and taking orders when necessary
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to coordinate timely food delivery
- Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes to guests
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
