We are currently seeking a Part Time Fine Dining Server to join our dedicated restaurant team. This role is pivotal in creating an inviting atmosphere within the restaurant, as you will be the primary point of contact for our guests during their dining experience. As a Fine Dining Server, you will engage with guests, showcase your extensive knowledge of our food and beverage menus, and deliver impeccable service that aligns with Tuscany Suites & Casino’s standards of excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass selling and serving food and beverages skillfully to enhance guest satisfaction. Expertise in wine knowledge and fine dining etiquette is essential, as is the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations. In addition to serving, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness and order at your service station, handling end-of-day financial reconciliation, and supporting team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The position demands a professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Ability to grasp, write, stand, sit, walk, perform repetitive motions, and bend
- Must tolerate exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years fine dining experience required
- Must have wine knowledge
- Valid NV Health and TAM cards required

Job Duties
- Have extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu and serve food and beverages professionally to meet company standards
- Engage and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests
- Ensure guests are satisfied with food and service, responding promptly to requests
- Answer questions about menu pricing, preparation, ingredients, and presentation
- Memorize and promote daily specials, sell food and beverages using hospitality and service skills
- Make food and beverage recommendations using suggestive selling techniques
- Ensure guest needs are met by keeping beverages full, providing condiments, and checking back during meals
- Communicate any guest experience issues to management
- Balance end-of-day paperwork including cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required
- Follow food safety and sanitary guidelines issued by the Health Department
- Support other restaurant areas as necessary
- Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance according to company policy
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items
- Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
