We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking team members to fill the role of Restaurant Server & Barista at The Turning Point. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer daytime shifts while enjoying competitive hourly rates plus tips, making it attractive for those wishing to move away from night shifts. As a Restaurant Server & Barista, you will engage directly with customers from order taking to payment processing and ensure a comfortable dining environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization in your area. The position involves delivering beverages promptly, assisting with running food to tables, and crafting specialty drinks as a barista according to company standards. You will be responsible for managing side work duties during your shift to help maintain smooth restaurant operations.

This role demands a proactive attitude, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina since standing for extended periods and carrying up to 20 pounds require moderate strength and endurance. Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not mandatory, opening the door for motivated candidates new to the foodservice industry. Job Duties

  • Take orders from customers for food and beverages
  • deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
  • run food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables
  • collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
  • manage designated side work for each shift
  • barista - make specialty beverages according to guidelines
