Their commitment to both customers and employees is evident in their vast network of operations, which span the globe and provide unique opportunities for career growth and professional development. The company's extensive presence in the Boston Hub area includes popular dining destinations such as Banners Kitchen & Tap, Momosan, and the Boston Hub Food Hall, where they serve up exquisite cuisines and create memorable moments for guests.

Delaware North's Patina Group is currently hiring part-time Servers for Banners Kitchen and Tap, located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers the chance to become a vital part of their team, representing the restaurant and ensuring each guest receives exemplary service that leaves a lasting positive impression. As a Server, you will embody the hospitality and dedication that define Delaware North’s approach to customer experience. This employment opportunity is a tipped position, with an hourly minimum wage of $6.75, which does not include potential earnings from tips. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with diverse customers while delivering exceptional food and beverage service.

In this role, servers are responsible for greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, and communicating daily specials while addressing any questions diners may have. Responsible alcohol service is a crucial aspect, requiring adherence to all policies governing beverage service. You will use a point-of-sale system to enter orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and deliver checks promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience. Collaboration with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers is essential to maintain seamless operation and customer satisfaction. Additional duties include performing opening and closing tasks, maintaining cleanliness, sanitization, and organization within your work area, and ensuring that all equipment functions properly. This comprehensive approach supports the high standards Delaware North is known for.

The job offers flexible work schedules, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to accommodate various lifestyles and commitments. Delaware North values the well-being of its employees and offers extensive benefits to support their personal and professional growth. These benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities to enhance skills, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling. Eligible team members have access to health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling cash and processing credit card payments, as well as familiarity with point-of-sale systems in hospitality settings. While a high school diploma or GED is not required, experience as a server in a high-volume environment is beneficial. Physical requirements for this role include the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods, including taking orders with sufficient visual and auditory awareness. By joining Delaware North, you become part of a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team dedicated to shaping the future of hospitality.
