We are currently seeking a dedicated Busser/Server Assistant to join our dynamic team at Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining valuable experience in the restaurant and food service industry. The Busser/Server Assistant plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by supporting the serving staff and maintaining an excellent dining environment for our customers. This part-time or full-time position offers a wage range between $13 and $18 per hour plus tips, presenting an excellent earning potential for motivated candidates.

The role involves assisting wait staff by delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables swiftly and accurately, setting tables with the appropriate utensils and napkins, and ensuring that customers have everything they need for an enjoyable meal. Busser/Server Assistants also help by refilling water, removing dirty dishes, and communicating customer feedback or requests to restaurant staff. This position is vital in maintaining cleanliness and organization on the floor and providing attentive support to both customers and team members.
