The Server Assistant position at The BLVD within Beverly Wilshire is a part-time role designed to support the Food Server team in delivering impeccable service. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by attending promptly to guests’ needs and assisting with various service tasks. In this position, the Server Assistant will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, greeting guests, providing water and bread service, stocking necessary supplies, and assisting in the preparation of simple food items. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year experience in hospitality or related field
- ability to carry and balance a tray
- strong communication skills in English
- flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- work authorization for the location

Job Duties
- Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
- greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
- assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- breakdown, clean and set-up buffets and food stations
- comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
