Job Duties
- Prepare tables with proper settings and ensure cleanliness before and during service
- assist servers in delivering food and drinks promptly and accurately
- remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils, and reset tables quickly for the next guests
- provide water service, refill beverages, and respond to guest requests as needed
- maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations
- work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- replenish silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments to keep stations fully stocked
- relay guest requests or concerns to servers or managers promptly
- follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- uphold Eddie & Vinny’s high standards of hospitality with professionalism and enthusiasm
