As a Server Assistant (Busser) at MIKA Coral Gables, you play a crucial role in maintaining the rhythm and flow of our service operations. Your responsibilities include supporting servers and management by ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and tables are reset efficiently and promptly. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Clear, reset, and re-stage tables swiftly and with attention to detail
- maintain cleanliness of the dining room including floors, service stations, and glassware
- refill water glasses and assist with bread or other support during service
- anticipate guest needs and communicate with the service team to ensure a smooth flow
- assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts
- handle glassware, silverware, and service equipment with care and professionalism
- maintain sanitation standards and follow health department regulations
