The Server Assistant role at Main Event Entertainment is an essential position aimed at supporting the primary server to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. This role involves assisting with guest service by handling various tasks such as refilling drinks, pre-bussing and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas to uphold the company’s high standards of safety and sanitation. A Server Assistant plays a key supportive role in enhancing operational efficiency by helping with table turns and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Additionally, the position requires engagement with guests by greeting them warmly and taking drink orders when necessary, fostering a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. The role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Server Assistants work closely with their team to create memorable experiences for guests by anticipating needs and addressing them promptly. This position also includes performing regular opening, mid-day, or closing duties to ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for service.
