Server Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service by assisting servers with their tasks, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and helping guests feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. The Server Assistant works closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to foster efficient communication and a well-coordinated service flow in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and resetting dining tables quickly and accurately between seatings while adhering to cleaning and presentation standards. Supporting servers with delivering food and beverages, assisting with drink refills, and clearing plates and glassware will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will help maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms throughout your shifts, restocking necessary supplies such as silverware, napkins, condiments, glassware, and to-go materials as needed.

Another crucial aspect of this position involves assisting with to-go and pickup orders by ensuring accurate packaging and timely handoff to guests, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience. A commitment to food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures is mandatory to uphold our high standards and protect our customers and staff. You will also be expected to promptly report any hazards or maintenance issues to management.
