Job Requirements
- College degree or at least five years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field
- Previous experience as General Manager of a full-service hotel preferred
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage roles like Chef, Director of F&B, Food and Beverage Manager preferred
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Reliability and honesty

Job Duties
- Stores cleaned, dried items and equipment in proper area
- Stocks service stations throughout the shift including beverage and paper supplies
- Understands and applies all property and brand safety and security procedures and local, county and/or city health department standards
- Maintains continual upkeep of dining spaces including entry ways and all guest facing spaces
- Clears dirty tables and resets for the next guest
- Checks all items for cleanliness
