Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila is an exciting new dining concept launching in the heart of St. Augustine, FL. This restaurant group brings over 20 years of experience owning and operating successful high-volume restaurants in the area, including popular establishments like Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille and Salt Life Food Shack. The new venue pays homage to an iconic 19th century Spanish Colonial Revival building, offering guests unparalleled panoramic views of the bayfront and the historic Bridge of Lions. The company is currently seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented Server Assistants to join their frontline team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals looking for entry-level opportunities in the restaurant industry and who are passionate about excellent customer service. As a Server Assistant, you will be instrumental in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by efficiently clearing and resetting tables and supporting the dining room team. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience preferred
Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
Flexible schedule - ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense of urgency

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
Sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
Complete other tasks requested or required by the manager on duty
