The Server Assistant role at Tom's Watch Bar is an essential support position within the fast-paced hospitality team. This role involves clearing tables of dirty plates, utensils, and glassware, transporting these items back to the kitchen, and preparing tables for new guests by wiping spills, removing crumbs, and resetting tableware and condiments. Server Assistants must also address patrons' needs and communicate any complaints to management effectively to ensure a smooth guest experience. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring the server station is fully stocked with the necessities to facilitate excellent service.
