The Busser position is a vital part of our front-of-house team, focused on maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area. This role involves cleaning tables promptly after diners have finished, taking used plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen for washing, ensuring water glasses remain full during service, and resetting tables quickly for new guests. Beyond these cleaning responsibilities, bussers also assist waitstaff by helping to bring food out to tables when needed and restocking essential items like utensils, napkins, and other dining room supplies throughout service to keep operations smooth and seamless.
