As a Server Assistant at The Capital Grille, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptionally distinctive dining experience. This position involves assisting servers with food and beverage service to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Server Assistant contributes to the welcoming ambiance by maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining room, lobby, and service areas, as well as by restocking supplies and resetting tables for incoming guests. The role requires genuine hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail to uphold the restaurant's high standards. Job Requirements
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team
