The establishment is currently seeking full-time Servers and Bartenders to join its professional team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in restaurant service, with a preference for fine dining experience, supporting the restaurant's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires individuals who are attentive, personable, and capable of delivering a seamless dining experience from the moment guests enter the restaurant to the final check presentation.
As a Server and Bartender at Omar's Carriage House, you will be responsible for preparing restaurant tables with attention to detail, attending to customers upon arrival, and presenting menus while assisting guests in selecting food and beverages that suit their preferences. Your duties will also include taking and serving orders accurately, answering questions, and providing informed recommendations on complementary products. Collaboration with other servers and kitchen/bar staff is essential to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Handling complaints with a positive, solution-oriented attitude is crucial in maintaining the restaurant's high standards. You will also be tasked with issuing bills, accepting payments, and preparing and serving craft cocktails as part of the bar service. This position offers an evening shift schedule working every weekend from Monday to Friday, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
The compensation for this role ranges from $20,000 to $25,000 annually, reflecting both experience and skills. Candidates ideally have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of preferred experience in food service and the restaurant industry.
