Job Description

Arrow Senior Living is a reputable senior living community dedicated to providing a warm, home-like environment not only for its residents but also for its team members. With a commitment to upholding core values that enhance the quality of life of its residents, Arrow Senior Living fosters a supportive and growth-oriented workplace culture. The community emphasizes internal promotion, employee appreciation, and benefits that make the work experience fulfilling and rewarding. Located in Saint Peters, MO, Boulevard St Peters is one of their vibrant communities where compassionate and energetic individuals are invited to join the team.

The role available at Boulevard St Peters is for a full-time Server position, offering an hourly pay range of $15 to $22.50. This position is scheduled from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. The Server role is vital in creating a welcoming dining presence that caters to the unique needs of senior residents, focusing on guest interaction, preparation, cleanliness, and observation of residents' health and appetites.

As a Server, you will take on several important responsibilities, including greeting residents warmly and making them feel at home, ensuring the dining environment supports social connection and enjoyment, and preparing dining areas and meal components efficiently for service. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness by bussing tables and keeping the dining area orderly. Furthermore, the Server acts as an appetite anthropologist by communicating any notable changes in residents’ eating behaviors or health with supervisors and wellness staff, helping to maintain resident well-being.

This position not only demands physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout shifts but also requires the ability to assist residents with mobility tasks, ensuring safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will be energetic, caring, and able to communicate effectively with residents and team members alike. The company values staff who embody positivity and demonstrate a genuine affection for the residents they serve.

Arrow Senior Living is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance starting after 60 days of employment for full-time staff, disability insurance, life insurance, a company match 401(k) plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. The company also offers shift differentials, an employee assistance program, weekly recognition, referral bonuses, complimentary meals, and options for daily pay and direct deposit.

Joining Arrow Senior Living means becoming part of a community that prioritizes respect, dignity, and quality of life for seniors, while also providing a supportive, career-enhancing environment for employees. Their commitment to diversity and inclusion ensures equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of background. For those passionate about making a difference every day, the Server position at Boulevard St Peters represents an opportunity to engage meaningfully with seniors in a friendly, professional setting with ample room for growth and advancement within the company.
