About the Role:

Currently, Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking reliable and highly motivated restaurant servers for the Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham property, which is newly operating under Pyramid’s management. Prospective team members will join a vibrant, creative, and community-focused environment that embodies the essence of Boston, Massachusetts. The Restaurant Server plays an essential role in delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. This position requires an individual with an engaging personality and a genuine passion for exceptional hospitality. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, accurately processing food and beverage orders, serving meals promptly, and maintaining an orderly dining environment. Servers are expected to possess knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and be capable of providing informed recommendations to enhance the dining experience.

In addition to service duties, servers at Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham participate in maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness and organization and assist with opening and closing responsibilities as required. The work environment is fast-paced and demands professionals who can work well under pressure, adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and uphold rigorous food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.

To recognize the value of new team members, Pyramid is offering a $100 sign-on bonus followed by an additional $250 after 90 days of employment. Compensation for this role starts at $12.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s effort to maintain competitive and fair wage standards.
