Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong verbal communication skills
Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a server or in a customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Provide a welcoming and hospitable experience to guests
Guide patrons through their dining experience and educate them about menu offerings
Use suggestive selling to creatively recommend items
Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
Resolve any guest issues or complaints calmly and effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
