Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

- Previous experience as a server, waitstaff member, or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress, and remain calm under pressure

- Basic food and beverage menus knowledge, with a willingness to learn about Dominican and Puerto Rican cuisine
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and courteous demeanor
- Present menus, offer suggestions and answer any questions regarding food and beverage items
- Take orders accurately and ensure they are communicated to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, check with guests to ensure satisfaction, and handle any complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and serving areas
- Process payments accurately, returning change or processing card transactions as required
- Monitor guest needs, refill beverages and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional dining experience
