Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and carry up to 30 pounds safely
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitask effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service roles advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with POS systems beneficial but not required
- team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- collect and deliver food orders timely
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
