Grand Living is currently seeking a Server to join their dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the dining experiences of residents, family members, and guests across a variety of dining venues. Serving in locations such as the Bistro, Casual and Formal dining areas, Luminations memory care, Club Room, as well as during special events and private functions, the Server contributes directly to the community’s inviting atmosphere. The position requires working under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor, adhering to Grand Living’s standards, procedures, and philosophies known as The Sterling Touch®.

The ideal candidate will be courteous, professional, and timely, dedicated to delivering a high level of satisfaction to all residents and guests. This server position offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities with varying shifts and requires weekend availability. Part-time hours typically run from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., while full-time shifts may range from early mornings to later evening hours.

Candidates will bring experience in food service, supporting culinary activities, and possess a strong ability to communicate effectively in English. Key physical requirements include manual dexterity and the capacity to stand and move for extended periods while lifting up to 50 pounds.
